A practical first step
- 1Start with a conversation. Tell us a little about your business through our short enquiry form. Where there looks to be a potential fit, the next step is a 15–20-minute fit call with Trent.
- 2Experience the approach. Where there's a likely fit and Trent believes it will be useful, we'll arrange a complimentary 60-minute coaching session.
- 3Decide together. We then decide together whether ongoing coaching makes sense and where to begin. If it isn't the right fit, we'll say so.
If you lead the business alongside partners, we'll talk about who should be involved once we know there's a fit.
We start with the priorities already competing for your attention and build on what's working.
Coaching runs month to month
You're not committing to a lengthy fixed-term engagement. Coaching continues month to month, with notice given as set out in our coaching agreement.
Meaningful progress needs protected time, participation and follow-through between sessions. We'll be clear about what that involves before you begin.
