This week, I have the privilege of sharing a firsthand account from one of my clients, Claudio, who graciously opened up to provide a glimpse behind the scenes of a coaching relationship.

My struggle started when the numbers started spiraling out of control. I just couldn't wrap my head around how to predict the future accurately. It was a real roadblock in planning ahead and making good decisions.
It eventually led to a never-ending cycle of stress. You see everyone else around you flourishing, the company growing, but inside - it had all become chaos.
