I'm a Chartered Accountant by training and founded Butler & Co Advisory after more than a decade advising businesses across boutique firms, mid-tier firms and PwC.
Today, I help business owners whose businesses are built around their expertise develop the skills, confidence and leadership capability required to successfully run, grow and lead a business.
I don't believe the role of a coach is to create dependence. It's to help people develop the judgement and confidence to solve increasingly sophisticated challenges for themselves.
